It's Official!

I have *finally* submitted my manuscript to a publisher!  (Insert happy squealing and jumping for joy here.)  I realize it's only the first step, but I want to take a minute to savor in this tiny triumph.  I've been waiting for this moment for almost ten years now, ever since the very first novel idea popped into my head and I realized I wanted to write a book.  So in a way, this small step for an author really is a giant leap for me :-). 

I realize we are now entering the phase of "submit, wait; submit, wait; submit, wait."  It's a bit of a long, boring process, but a necessary one; to make sure my stories are in the right hands for the journey from imagination to print, some patience will be required.  Thank you again for your support and please continue to wish me luck!
